I started a thread on this problem yesterday but it was deleted for some reason. It deals with a problem regarding the AUTOSOMAL results from Ancestry.com so I am hoping it stays this time.

As I reported last night, since yesterday afternoon I have been unable to see the Maps and Locations list for any of my AUTOSOMAL matches. I have tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome on my Macbook Pro and Chrome on my Ipad. Before yesterday I was able to see the lists on all three browsers and both platforms. I have cleared cookies and browsing history, quit and reopened the browsers and rebooted my computer, without results.
I spoke to customer service this morning. The rep I spoke to was able to see the list on her Internet Explorer, but their system does not permit her to check my account on the other browsers. She and I agreed that the next step is submitting an error report to IT. If you are having a similar problem, please call customer service so that they are aware that it is more than an isolated incident.
