I'm trying to help one of my matches download her raw data and we're having issues. She's on a MSN email address and has been waiting for quite a while for the email. I've tried to download my own data again and so far I haven't seen an email either.

Is anyone else having issues getting the raw data?

I know that Ancestry is busy breaking things and calling it improvement but I haven't heard anything about the raw data download being an issue.

If a few of you who have downloaded data in the past could give it a shot and report your results I'd appreciate it.
