While I understand that someone who has only a small number of total matches might be able to review the trees of each of their matches in fairly short order, I wonder how many share my own frustration with having more people in my match list than I will ever be able to review.
I recieved the results of my mother's tests a couple of months ago. So far, she has 94 pages of matches and despite a great deal of diligence on my part there are still 80 pages of matches in the "not viewed" category. While a certain percentage of those matches are those with private trees, no tree or very limited trees, I am still left with more matches than I can ever review since new ones are always being added.
The only solution that I can see is to adjust the slider bars, however, I have had many instances where those distant or low confidence matches have provided me with so important info. Also due the fact that most of my ancestral families appear to have arrived in the 1600s, most of my matches are distant relatives. Lately I have resorted to going through the list and only reviewing those matches who have posted their pictures. At least this method forces me to get to those on the deeper pages than just the first couple of pages.
Any suggestions from others who have large numbers of matches?
