How old are you? I am 30 and that puts me way down on the chain so to speak, I only have 1 3rd cousin match and about 2 dozen 4-6th cousin matches. Add in that my grandma's father and maternal grandparents were immigrants to the USA, that doesn't give me many matches on 25% of my tree. My father is unknown and I am finding lots of unknown surnames that are probably on his side that is 50% of my tree, the only line I can trace fairly well is my maternal grandfathers side,so yeah, not a lot of matches here.

Barbara, your recent tested individual is a 4th cousin match for me, unfortunately, I believe it is on my fathers side, which is the biggest brick wall you can find!
