I have not been successful in downloading my raw data. I go the page to download data, enter my password and get a message that "You're almost finished...etc" and I need to check my email (the email address is correct that they show) to confirm I'm who I say I am. The problem is that the email never arrives in my inbox. I've checked my spam folder and it doesn't go there either. I've tried this several times over several weeks and the result is always the same...no email from Ancestry. Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone offer help? Thanks.
