It's terrible, the destruction in NO. So happy that it seems that the renewing the City will not be as extensive nor as lengthy as first predicted. It will still take years until finished.
Also the loss of life does not seem to be as heavy as first predicted. That is the best news yet.

It may not be politically correct, but the "Good Lord" was surely looking over the whole afflicted areas. It could have been much worse, although it may not seem like it now.
