I have just discovered this site. My grandfather always told us that his father Owen Mitchell b 1866 in Ireland was a stoker, and went down on the Lusitania when she sank. On the 1901 he was married to Sarah Kelso and living in Bootle with his three children. I cannot find any trace of him after this date. If anyone has any access to a crew list for the Lusitania I would be grateful if they could look up to see if Owen Mitchell was in fact on board. Many thanks
