Would appreciate a copy of death certificate # D-3963 for Frederick C. Cook who died in Baltimore, Maryland from the Maryland State Archives -photo would be appreciated.
His date of death was 2 April 1917. I'm in hope that his parents will be listed.
Can you go directly to the Maryland State Archives to make copies or must they all be ordered direct?
