I am looking for Arthur Campbell's death certificate.(Warsaw, Indiana, Kosciusko Co.) I was hoping to see if it had also his parents correct name on it. I am also having trouble finding his birth certificate (Baxter, Tennessee, Putnam co.) He was born Feb. 17, 1909 died Nov. 16 or 17, 1959. I think that his dad's name was Isaac. Any help would be appreciated.
