I am trying to track down information on my grandfather-in-law. The only lace I can find him is in the 1920 & 1930 census. I can not find
a birth certificate (somewhere around Elizabeth city, approximately 1915),
marriage license (he married Nellie F. Trafton sometime before 1938 - I believe in North Carolina)
death certificate (I believe that he died in Ohio - maybe around Cincinnati).

Any suggestions or recommendations??
