Need assistance on deciphering the cause of death (see attachment) in a County Death Register. I've reviewed about 7 pages either side of the one listing my great-great-grandfather and no one has a comparable cause listed nor anything that "looks" like it.

I believe the first word is "Inflamation" but have no clue as to the 2nd word.
