I have two death certificates from Pennsylvania from the 1920s with the same cause of death listed. Both were Salopek infants just a few hours old. Jaga was a twin and her twin sister survived.

I am unable to find definitions of the words listed. I've tried to interpret the handwriting and use many alternate spellings in searching for definitions of the words. I have scanned and linked the documents below. If anyone has any idea what this cause of death is, I'd be grateful for your assistance.
