I spoke with both institutions,they cannot research missing inmate or former inmate property without a court order. This is going to take a lot of time & effort on my part,since it is difficult to get such records,even with court orders. I am trying to get a judge to hear the case,& hopefully I can get some closure on this issue. I wish I could recover the documents & personal effects I mention,because they can help with my research in other subjects. Hopefully,I can find someone who works in the institutions,to research the matter further. If you can assist,please,let me know.
