We have little info on him. We believe he was sent to a Kentucky prison somewhere between 1929-33 for manslaughter. He lived in Morgan County (Eastern Ky) at the time. We are unsure on where to begin. I cannot find any old newspaper clippings or anything relating to the crime. Does anyone have any suggestions where to begin?
