Cheryl, I've been thinking about this and the only thing for certain that matches up is the time frame and general llocation. John Lovern/Loverin was evidently part of the Mormon migration. His children were born in Ill. and Iowa, in the 1840's. I am wondering if you know Price's or Moses' brothers names? Benjamin, William and John seem to be the most prevelant in this generation of my ancestors. (Sylvester, Norris, and Claussen are others) John and William were the lawmen.
