My 2nd Great grandfather is Edward Elijaha(Elias) Taber married to Mary Thompson.. I have a copy of marriage license for Tom Taber and Minnie Bell Smith that shows Edward as Justice of the Peace in Yahola, Oklahoma dated 1909.
