I am trying to trace the roots of my husbands grandfather, E.L. Hatfield. Not certain of the name. He left home when he was around the age of 15-17, and came to Texas. His grandchildren that I have spoken with said he refused to talk about his family and why he left home and never looked back. I'm grasping at straws in hopes that someone is trying to find this missing Hatfield.
