I would know if Julius Hunt of Middlesex, GB was on ship "Justitia" on May 1744. Landed the ship at Cheseapeake?
Thanks for looking.
Gustaaf.

Samuel is my 7th great grandfather and I am looking for any information on his voyage from England. Are you saying there were multiple Samuels?

I also am in search of the Robinson name. Looking for William. Information passed down through family says our William was born in England and had a son Mitchell (Michael) born in SC 1805. William would be my 3rd ggf. Can you help? Thanks in advance.

I am also very interested to find out more, I've read this wonderful article online about the whole 'incident' - http://www.watermelon-kid.com/family/bios/haycraft1.htm

The author has found out a lot of great information and has put together a fantastic article.
I still need to find out if Ann (James' wife) was also exiled to America, she is not on the same record for deportation, perhaps she was sent on a different ship or maybe she was left behind awaiting a sentence that James would not find out and he was to marry again once he served his 7 year service in America as the author suggests.

I read in some sources that Ann was acquitted, so the best theory I have is that Ann wasn't listed because she was acquitted, but may have still been allowed to go with him?
