I feel this has to be the load of prisoners that JAMES was on, since the Old Bailey Court record places him on the Justitia in January of 1772 and the article states the ship had been at sea 40 days and arrived sometime around Feb 26th 1772! I am still searching for a list from this trip, have not located it yet.
