I am seeking any information on a couple of legs of my family tree I am stuck with and cant seem to make any progress.

John O’Halloran (Halloran) is listed and Mary Burke as the children of Catherine Theresa (1858-1916), Cicely (approx 1859), Lizzie (approx 1861), and Jane Beatrice O’Halloran (1863-1936). I am seeking any information or assistance on identifying John O’Halloran and Mary Burke, I have no date of birth for them. I have found information on two convicts Patrick O’Halloran and Mary Burke applying for permission to marry in early 1850’s but cant make the link to prove if this is the same couple.

I am also seeking information on John Fisher (1807, I think, this may be incorrect -1869) who married Ellen Kenna who married in 1854 – convict permission to marry, I believe Ellen’s parents were Kinne and John Kenna and she lived in England as a child. Her brother John is found living in U.S.A as per convict information. What I am seeking is information on Ellen’s birth parents, John and Kinne Kenna, born I believe in Ireland, both in 1811 . John Fisher, Ellen’s husband, has siblings listed – Edward, Margeret and Thomas as per convict information. His convict information states he was married with 5 children in England prior to transportation and listed an Elizabeth as I believe wife and also the name of his mother. I am seeking any information also on John’s life prior to transportation in 1852. He was convicted and sentenced in 1849 Lancaster, England... and I would also love to find out where he spent the three years prior to transportation.
