The CULLEN that I am researching is Mary Anne, married James HAMMOND at the Catholic Church Picton NSW 12.9.1857. First child Sarah Jane b. 28.6.1858 at Picton and Alice b.1860.

Mary Anne accompanied her mother, Mary on the convict transport Palambam, arrived Sydney 31.7.1831 aged 16 months. Her father was Edward, a butcher in Dublin.

She was admitted to the orphan school Parramatta on 30 October 1832 and released back into the care of her mother a few years later.

I believe her to be my 3xGGrandmother via BARRETT PELLOW and SMEDLEY.
