He was Appropriated to Major De Gillern of Glen Ayre at Coal River (now Richmond) in VDL until he got his Ticket of Leave 23 Dec. 1844 and Conditional Pardon 5 October 1847. The trail is cold after this. The Cornelian Bay Cemetery in Hobart,Tasmania shows a James Warwick buried as a pauper 20 July 1875, age 64. approx. 2 yrs. age difference.
