Ancestry is allowing the 1900 census to be looked at. But it won't show the occupation. I need to know the occupation of Joseph Smith. His residence is Wheatland, Kenosha Co., Wisconsin. Birh Aug 1855, wife Josephine. Also, does the original list if this is his first/ 2nd marriage? Many thanks.

2. 1900 doesn't ask specifically for # of marriages. However, both Joseph and Josephine report being married 14 yrs. and oldest child is 14 years old looks like first marriage.
