Hello everyone!

I am trying to read the 1910 census record for my great-great grandfather. Under the place of birth for his parents it appear to say "England Eng. O." I was wondering if anyone else has this listed and knows what it means. I have other ancestors who have "Ireland Eng. O." listed under the same category. I don't know what either means. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
