Would appreciate a look up for this individual, born in South Carolina abt 1879, both parents born SC. Have copies of legal documents that put him in Polk County and Desoto County early 1900s. I have seen his name spelled several different ways - Baylom, Bailum, Bailom, Balum, etc. with surname primarily spelled Wise with an occasional Wyse. Middle initial always shown as B. Possibly shown with a brother, Henry Cidney (or Sidney) Wise, age 16-17, who died in October of 1900. Would really like to locate evidence of one or both. Thank you.
