Can anyone recommend an expert to help me locate my grandparents, father & uncles in the 1940 Census? Believed to have been residing in Orange or Maplewood NJ in 1940 but I have been unable to find any trace of them anywhere myself. More than willing to pay for time and expense. Thanks in advance.
