Don't think so she was definitely born in bethnal green on later census and her birth cert.
Also i have what i believe to be her mother's death certificate in 1883 again in bethnal green and would make her born aprox 1827.
The address on death cert. is 36 Collingwood Street, Bethnal green, so i have tried to locate her mother on 1881 census with no such luck. She is listed as a widow so i know her father died between 1877-1883.
