Hi. I found Thomas Walsh on the 1911 Census on Ancestry transcribed as
Thomas MALEH born abt 1844. He is living at 101 Liverpool Road - he is a widower and living with son Thomas, son John and daughters Mary Ann and Margery.

The whole family have been transcribed as MALEH
