Hi - think it's been written in pencil first and overwritten in ink - the pencil writing is in a different hand to the official taker's ink - I assumed " conect " was " correct " ( makes sense ) but yes, under zoom, it still looks like " conect ". As to the faint remark under the Disability column..might it be " L Leg Amputated " ? ( left leg )
