Hello everyone. I have this man in 1881, 1891, and 1901, saying each time that his place of birth was Bamber Bridge (just outside Preston, Lancashire). He consistently gave his correct age. (21, 31, 41)
Through civil registration, I was able to find that his birth was registered in 1860 in the Preston registration district, which covers Bamber Bridge.

Now for the tough part: I cannot find him in 1861 OR 1871, and I have tried everything in my bag of tricks.

Anyone have any ideas?
