My Gr.Grandfather grew up in Copenhagen ,Denmark and sailed on clipper ships, said he learned in Denmark .
Is there any place to find early sailing records or school they learned at ?? He was born in 1884 in Copenhagen and immigrated to USA in 1904 via Hamburg . He held Seaman protection papers .
