I would like to find if possible on either on the above 2 census years a Rueben William Atkins born 1867/8 in England and his wife Hannah also 1868/70 also born in England.Rueben would of come from the county of Hertfordshire and Hannah Bedfordshire.

Can anyone possilbly help with this problem?
