Thanks for your help. I think that electoral roll records are easier to look up. As for the Hellards you discovered, they are my relatives (Kenneth being my father).

Try a google for Ancestry - Australian Electoral Rolls, 1903 - 1980. It should be first or second on the list that comes up, and you just click it and the page that comes up is the page you fill in with a few details. I had a look at your tree then I tried looking for Kenneth Henry Hellard, and I think he may be at Carlton, Scullin, Victoria in 1963, as follows:-
Kenneth Henry Hellard 294 Canning St, N4. Roof plumber.....Phoebe Hellard. Home duties.....Elizabeth Marion Hellard. Packer. [All three at same address]

I'm having trouble trying to find census records for Victoria, on Ancestry.com or from the National Archives etc. I would like to like to look up records since they began. IS there anyway to do this online?

I am interested to learn the fate of Louisa Adelaide Miller born in Melbourne, Vic in 1903. I believe her mother was Rachel Stapleton and her father was listed as unknown on her birth certificate. Rachel was married but separated from Henry Thomas Miller at that time. The following year Rachel married Frank Handley and had another daughter Ivy Annie Kirk Handley.

Searching for decedents of George Edward B. 1864 and Elizabeth Whitehead b 1867. Issue, Elizabeth, Samuel, George Cardno, Euphemia, Annie, and Rita Samuel died in Tasmania. Annie marr. Fred Shedden in Victoria. Elizabeth Marr. John Everett.

Seeking information on any children WALTER ADOLPHUS BAKER and his wife KATE VICTORIA (formerly Pawsey)might have had.
WALTER and KATE married 1887 in London, England but between then and 1903,they emigrated to Victoria, Australia.
The Electoral Rolls 1903-1924 show they lived in St Kilda, Victoria.
I have no further information about them whatsoever, and would love to be able to build up a family tree.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Seeking information on any children WILLIAM PAWSEY and his wife FLORENCE ANNIE (formerly BAKER) might have had.
WILLIAM and FLORENCE married 1902 Bourke, Melbourne, but apart from the Electoral Rolls which show they lived in St Kilda and Fitzroy, Victoria, I have no further information about them whatsoever.
I would love to be able to build up a family tree.
Any help will be much appreciated.
