Does anyone have a list/book about this cemetery, or know where to get any records? Looking for info on Joseph and Sally/Sarah Brown. I have info on their son Hosea and his wife Lydia (Hawkins)Brown and Hosea's sister Sally died 1829. Thanks!

There is some amount of info on Lydia on the Find A Grave web site.

If this link doesn't work, goto the website and search Vermont, Washington county, and Lydia Hawkins.

Thanks for sharing the info on Hosea Brown and some of the Wheelers. Lydia A. Hawkins married Hosea Brown; that was the Hawkins connection for our family. Would that book be available anywhere? There was a Joseph Brown that owned a sawmill in Calais but we're not sure if it is Hosea's father. Several mysteries here for the family!

Perhaps the Calais Historical Society could help. The only person that I know there would be Erlene Leonard. She lives in East Calais, drop her a line; no, i don't know her phone number or if she even has one.

Hi...just got back from the Robinson sawmill and cemetery on a family research trip. It was awesome! Would it be ok with you if I put the above info about Hosea Brown's bill in a story for posting? Do you know of any new info on this cemetery? Thanks....Kim
