I am waiting on a call back from the lady at Whitewright City Hall. She couldn't see anything in a quick look but will look deeper. I told her that the death certs and obits both show they are buried in the cemetery. It could be that the records got lost for some reason. I walked one cemetery writing down names and dates of people buried there and compared it to the cemetery records. There were appx. 300 names missing. I can e-mail you a copy of the newspaper obits if you would like. Just contact me through my name and send me your e-mail address.
