I was notified that there was an old (possibly abandoned) veteran cemetery behind the Goodwill on Ohio River Road in Rochester, PA. There was a sign saying it was a veteran cemetery, but was overgrown and obviously not cared for. There are flags on the graves but they are all faded and obviously many years old. Does anyone know the name of the cemetery and who owns the property/is responsible for its care and maintenance. I am a JROTC instructor in Beaver and would like to have our cadets take on caring for this cemetery as a senior project (on an on-going basis).
