Does anyone know of a Rosedale Cemetery. It is the cemetery listed on a 1952 MN death certificate. The deceased lived in Minneapolis so I believe the cemetery is in the metro area.

There is a "Roselawn" cemetery in St, Paul. Any chance the written word looks like "Rosedale?" The address is 803 Larpenteur Avenue West, Roseville, MN 55113

The name "Rosedale Cemetery" is typed on the certificate. And the location says Rosedale, MN. I have not had luck finding an address for this cemetery. Could there have been a name change?

It is possible. I would contact the Rosedale Chamber of Commerce or a local funeral director for help. Good luck.

Thanks for the tip. I hope to find my relative. No one alive knows where he was buried, so it has easily been 30 years since anyone went there.

Hello Friends,
A quick FYI in regards to Rosedale Cemetery. I contacted the Roseville Historical Society and they were able to provide me with a record of interment. This does not show where the actual grave is located. The cemetery was in very poor condition, and the Historical society found some records stored in plastic garbage bags. I was given the name of the man who tends the cemetery, so I plan to contact him this spring. I was told he may have more knowledge of the layout of the graves. Thanks for all the input. One more thing, the cemetery is now known as the Dale-Rice Cemetery and is located on County Road B about 1/4 mile west of Rice Street.

My grandparents are here. I was out there a couple of weeks ago. It is a sad little cemetery. If you have more info/records, I would be happy to help go map them with you. It is small enough for two people to do.
