Although I haven't seen the photo, I'm going to throw out a guess based on the last name and time period and say Mount Olivet. I didn't find him in their online records, but I didn't try alternate spellings. I did find several other SMUCZYNSKIs.

If you go to Google and type in "Mount Elliott Cemetery Association," you'll be able to go to their website and try searching their database for him (it will search Mount Olivet and a few other cemeteries). They also have a contact form for you to request more info.

Maybe some of the other people in Mount Olivet with his last name will be familiar to you.
