Looking for someone that has access to Forest Lawn Cemetery. I'm searching for my Grandparents; Charles A Carter b. 3/1883 d. 3/08/1946 and Mabel Carter (Hutchings) b. 8/14/1884 d. 8/17/1966 and maybe other family members.

No, I'm sorry to say I haven't a clue. I'm even toying with the idea of going to Michigan next summer to get to see where my Father and family were from.

I was just going through some older posts and read yours.

I don't know if you have located your family in Saginaw or not.
You can write to the cemetery in Saginaw and ask for the locations for the people you are looking for there. I did that and they sent me a map of the cemetery and the directions through the cemetery. Plus they even sent me information on what they died of. Send a SASE to them and they may be able to at least locate them so someone can find them for you easier.

Tgere is a Forest Lawn Cemetery in Detroit on Van Dyke Road. My grandparents, my parents and two of my brothers are buried there. I never heard of a Forest Lawn Cemetery in the Thrumb area.

my sister goes up that way but i don't know how interested she is just wanted to state what a great site if found. www.saginawlibrary.org i found a lot of campau info in the obituraies listed there i have not check the cemetery link yet but do know when i worked with Holy cross cemetery in detroit they were very helpful giving me copies of the index cards of my husbands six family relatives resting there. maybe forest lawn can fax you info or email... the saginaw obituary because it listed birthdates, and marriage dates and spouses which is very helpful for in the pedigree or for giving a source for the info you already have. i highlite copy and paste the info right into the source text spot

It covers Forest Lawn, Oakwood and Brady Hill Cemeteries. Lots of info, including maps of cemeteries showing where each particular person is buried. Of the 10+ relatives I have found there, only one mistake, Great-grandfather Walter C Hitchcock does not have a marker on his grave - I was just there last year.
