The Baltimore County Genealogical Society website has a searchable master index file of burials at Mt. Carmel Cemetery:

It's been quite awhile since your original post, but if you're still looking for your grandmother's burial record, I found the following:

Annie B. Dougherty in Book IV, page 10,

(Book IV: Mt. Carmel Cemetery Annex Records 1894 - 1970 and Disinterment - Reinterment Records: Construction of Interstate 95, Located in Baltimore City, Maryland).

You might try calling the Mt. Carmel Cemetery office and see if they can look this up for you. Otherwise, you can go to "Books We Own" at Rootsweb.com, find someone who owns this book, and ask if they would be willing to look it up.

I just saw this post as I have been looking or a way to contact Mount Carmel Cemetery, about several family members who were laid to rest there in the lat 1800's to 1922. I am shocked that bodies were moved. :(
