Looking for my mothers grandmother, Bernadine Lucy Branchaud Geer who probably died abt 1924 in Taunton. She was Catholic French Canadian but is not listed in any of the Catholic cemeteries, according to the cemetery office. She lived with her daughter Blanche and her husband, Joseph Bernier. Joseph had a barbershop down on the Green. I believe they died in the mid 1930's, going by census and city directories, and my mother's memory of going to Blanche's funeral when she was a young girl, but the cemetery office has no record of them either. I'm wondering if they had belonged to St. Jacques parish, since it was for French-speaking Catholics, that has been absorbed by what is now St. Jude, but I couldn't get any help there. Was there any particular cemetery where the French Canadians would be buried? Any suggestions when you don't have any dates to go by? Susan
