According to his obit, it is Cedar Hill Cemetery...

Kincheloe, James E., On Sunday, December 8, 1940, James E Kincheloe, husband of the late Myrtle L. Kincheloe and father of Miss Edna kincheloe. Services at the Chambers funeral home, 1400 Chapin St. nw., on Thursday, December 12, at 1 p.p. Relatives and friends invited. Internment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
I don't find an obit for Myrtle.
