Surnames: Stewart
In late 1945 or early 1946 a white man named Marion Stewart was buried 'in the back of an old Negro graveyard near a levee'. The cemetery was washed away by the eroding banks.I know this is a long shot but I'm pretty desperate...lol I don't know why he was buried there or how it happened that he was. The people who know are dead and gone. It may read Marion Stewart, M V Stewart , M D Stewart , Marion Dee Stewart or merely M Stewart.
