Hello, Im Janet and live not far from Auchencairn. I have only just started looking at the message boards, and saw yor posting although it was some time ago! Today I had a look around the cemetery in Auchencairn, but couldnt find the Tweedie memorial stone. There were about 4 that had fallen down and were therefore unreadable. Have you any idea whereabout in the cemetery it was? I may have missed it. (You may already have found someone to take pics for you!!)
Anyway, I have taken some pics of the cemetery itself and the church, and 1 or 2 of the village before it started raining. If you are interested my e mail is janet.dyson@hotmail.com.
