Do some graveyards not make the cut? And why?

One possible cousin and I were discussing graves of relatives buried in the Pine Grove Mills cemetery in Centre Cty, Pennsylvania. He mentioned not being able to find a grave of a common ancestor using Find A Grave. It turns out that there is an "old" graveyard and a "new" graveyard of the same name located within four blocks of each other. The "new" one is perfectly located and is visible on satellite views. But there is no mention of the old one.

I went to the map and the "old" one is wonderfully located by a brilliant red building (it is the only such building in town). The cemetery sits on Pine Grove Rd (Hwy 45) between Mayes St and S. Kirk St. At each corner there is a church St. Albans Anglican and Pine Grove Presbyterian. Answering numerous genealogy question, I believe one church lists all deceased residents.

Does this cemetery go by some other name?
