is it possible that you might have the name HELTFORD in this cemetary. Any info would help me. My Grandmother on my fathers side of the family was HELTFORD and she appears on the 1901 census along with a brother and sister. I am having trouble finding out where the HELTFORD name originated. Tnx Burt

Hi Andrew,
Sorry , there are no Austin markers there. I know there
were Austin families in Wentworth and around River Phillip though. Darlene

Hi Burt,
There are no Heltford markers there. What was your grandmother's name and birthdate and siblings. I'll see what I can find out with a bit more information from you. Darlene

Hi Andrew,
I haven't seen any records online. If you contact The North
Cumberland Historical Society, P.O. Box 52, Pugwash,
Nova Scotia, Canada, B0K-1E0, they have records of the
Wentworth cemeteries and most other north Cumberland cemeteries as well. Hope this helps. Darlene

James Alexander Cameron 1873-1941 (went by Alex or Sandy)
Alexander Edmond Locke 1850-1931 wife:
Susan Elvira (Blackee) Locke 1862/63 - 1938 dau of
Helen/Ellen (Sutherland)>Blackee>PURDY b~1836 d???
Helen may not be there, she married a Purdy after her husband died. They lived in the Wallace/Malagash area close to Helen's father James Sutherland (wife: Christy) but I don't know (yet!) where those 2 extra generations are buried. Any help would be appreciated
