I have the listings of all the cemeteries in Malagash now and there are no listings of the name Austin. They may be in Wallace. I do know that in 1790 both Thomas Austin and John Austin had families in Malagash, but where exactly I don't know. They were not listed in the original land survey in 1784 so they arrived after that date. I can tell you that alot of graves have been lost due to erosion. There was a cemetery at Malagash Point about 50 years ago but the ocean claimed the last grave there about 40 years ago. Also alot of graves have never been marked. I know of several of those but it is only through word of mouth as there are no surviving records.
