Hi,
It looks like your guy was naturalized in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York (which includes Brooklyn). I could be wrong but I do not believe that Ancestry has the original naturalization documents for the Eastern District of NY. The database that you were looking at has the Southern District of NY (which includes Manhattan).
