"The exclusive licence granted to 1911census.co.uk only lasts for 6 months from the final content launch - after that other providers will be able to provide online access to the 1911 census at more affordable rates".
As the "final content launch" (Wales, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, ...) is not likely to be until much later this year, you are not going to see the 1911 census on "other providers" sites, such as Ancestry, until well into 2010!
Ancestry have little say in the matter as brightsolid/findmypast have that "exclusive" contract.
