I am not able to find a widespread problem. You may be seeing an intermittant server failure, or a missing image that we are not aware of. If you are unable to see any image in Pallot's, please e-mail me (
lbrown@myfamilyinc.com) and I'll get you in touch with tech support.
An important postscript is that the Mr. Sid viewer which is used only on the
Pallot images has a known conflict with the recently releases
Service Pack from Microsoft for
Windows XP. Until we can get a new Mr. Sid Viewer for download, your options are to either 1) not install the service pack or 2) use the "HTML" version of Mr. Sid that does not require the plug-in to function. To switch, click the "View this image with the HTML Viewer" link at the very bottom of the page.
